Refund policy

If Itemize isn't working for you, email support@megistestudio.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, as long as fewer than 20 charges have been itemized with your license.

Past 20 charges, Itemize has done real work for you, so we don't refund. You can try it free for a week first to be sure.

For renewals, ask within 7 days of the renewal date and we'll refund that renewal.

Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Pro turns off when the refund goes through. Anything Itemize already wrote to YNAB stays there.
